World Heavy Oil Congress offers registered delegates a range of invaluable networking and educational opportunities alongside the conference program. - Launch Reception: Hosted by Edmonton, Alberta - Canada's Energy Capital - Attendees celebrated a successful Congress with colleagues, clients and new friends over drinks and hors d’ouevres at this elegant poolside reception. Edmonton, Alberta, Canada was announced as the official announcement of the location of the 2011 Congress.
